Got your blog from Clifton. Cast iron skillets are a gift from God. Pan fried steaks from a red hot skillet is food of the gods. Nice post on Orthodoxy also. Been there. Sounds like you've done some homework. You just need to lean over and steal the first kiss. That one is always the hardest! :)
